Een Belgische winkel is geen Belgisch product. Elke vermelding is gevonden via handels- en webshopsignalen: een actieve Shopify-winkel, een Belgische verzendlocatie, een handelsadres. Die signalen zeggen wie verkoopt. Ze zeggen niets over wie het verkochte gemaakt, in eigendom, ontworpen of onderhouden heeft, en deze directory weigert te doen alsof.
Een vermelding verlaat deze pagina op twee manieren: er duikt een gezaghebbende bron op en ze verhuist met een specifiek oordeel naar de directory, of de herkomst blijkt elders te liggen en ze blijft hier als een eerlijk verslag van een Belgische verkoper.
